If you have a design or message already planned for any of the gift items, you can also send them over to us.

Should you want your company logos or personal message printed on corporate gifts, please reach out to us by filling in the contact form. Our staff will work closely with you on designing and printing your company logo or personalised message on the gift.
How far in advance do I need to place my order for customised gifts?
As much as possible, we suggest ordering your customised gifts 1-2 weeks in advance. Depending on the orders we receive, the lead time for processing orders is typically 1 business day, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed before 12 PM will be mailed out the next business day, while those after 12 PM will be mailed out the next following business day. Deliveries typically take 2 to 3 business days for standard deliveries.

Yes, the standard parcel delivery charge of $3.90 will apply when you order a customised gift. If you opt for next-day parcel delivery, there will be an additional $15 delivery fee.
