How Far In Advance Do I Need To Place My Order For Customised Gifts?
As much as possible, we suggest ordering your customised gifts 1-2 weeks in advance. Depending on the orders we receive, the lead time for processing orders is typically 1 business day, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed before 12 PM will be mailed out the next business day, while those after 12 PM will be mailed out the next following business day. Deliveries typically take 2 to 3 business days for standard deliveries.
