Delivery/Collection:
We strongly recommend to only collect or get the Personalised balloon delivered on the Actual Day of your event. Personalised Balloons are designed to stay crystal clear and it will last up to 2-5 days under proper care and surroundings. Keep away from sharp objects & surfaces and avoid hitting the balloon with blunt force. All Helium balloons will be delivered in a bag to protect the balloons from any sharp objects and for ease of transportation. If you require us to remove the bags upon delivery, please kindly include in the special request.
Balloon & Design:
The Artwork on the balloon will be designed by our design team based on the wording and theme provided above. Digital Mock ups will only be provided if your order is made at least 3 business days before actual delivery date(. E.g For Monday’s Delivery, orders must be placed by last Wednesday to be eligible for a Digital Mockup.) All mock ups are subjected to a Maximum of 2 changes.Once design has been acknowledged,No further changes will be applicable for your design.
