We recommend arranging delivery or collection on the actual day of your event. That way, the balloons stay fresh and in top condition. Keep them away from sharp objects and air vents for best results.

Can I Get A Design Preview?

Yes, but only for Bubble balloons and 3FT latex balloons. You’ll get a digital mockup if your order is placed at least 3 business days ahead. We allow up to 2 rounds of changes, and once you confirm the design, no further edits can be made.

How Long Will The Balloons Last?

Latex balloons filled with helium float for about 15 to 24 hours. Foil balloons, bubble balloons, and 3FT latex balloons can last around 24 hours or longer. Just avoid heat and sharp objects to keep them in good shape.

Can I Choose Specific Colours For The Balloons And Decor?

Yes, you can. Just let us know your preferred colour theme when you order, and we’ll coordinate everything to match, including latex balloons, foil balloons, rose petals, and more.
