BearloonSG closed from 31st Jan (Chu Xi) – 2nd Feb (Chu Er). Operations will resume on 3rd Feb (Chu San)

We will be opening up more delivery slots for the weekends before Chinese New Year (29th & 30th Jan). Please kindly place an order early to avoid disappointment.

Free Delivery & Self Collection is available on the 13th Feb & 14th Feb.

Normal Operations & Delivery time applies for 11th Feb & 12th Feb & 15th Feb.

For 13th & 14th Feb: Please kindly choose Valentine’sFree delivery for your delivery method during checkout.

Free Delivery slots are limited and it will be based on first come first serve basis.
All Deliveries for 13th & 14th Feb, will be done between 10AM – 8PM.

We cannot promise any specific timing / express deliveries. Orders for 13th & 14th Feb will be closed by 11th Feb.

Once Free delivery slots are filled, only self collection option will be available.

Should there be a need for specific timing, please kindly arrange for a delivery on the 12th or arrange for a Self Collection. (Self collect option is available during checkout)

Strictly no Helium Balloon product will be processed on 13th Feb & 14th Feb. All Helium balloon orders will be refunded accordingly.

All Hot air balloons are non-helium products. Orders will be processed and Free delivery is available. 

Digital Mock-up will not be available for all orders placed after 31 Jan.

All Flowers and materials are Pre-ordered, therefore strictly no refunds or cancelling of orders.
