Things to Note:

Product:

This product is a Do it yourself package, where balloons are all inflated and nicely packed for you. All you need to do is open them up and place them around the place you wish to decor. If you require help on this, please do select “Yes” for the setup option above.

Delivery/Collection:

We strongly recommend to only collect or deliver on the Actual Day of your event. Keep all balloons away from sharp objects & surfaces and avoid hitting the balloon with blunt force. All Helium balloons will be delivered in a bag to protect the balloons from any sharp objects and for ease of transportation.

Balloon & Design:

The Artwork on the balloon will be designed by our design team based on the wording and theme provided above. Digital Mock is only available for Bubble balloons or 3FT latex balloons. Mock-ups will only be provided if your order is made at least 3 business days before actual delivery date(. E.g For Monday’s Delivery, orders must be placed by last Wednesday to be eligible for a Digital Mockup.) All mock ups are subjected to a Maximum of 2 changes.Once design has been acknowledged,No further changes will be applicable for your design.

Latex balloons:

All helium filled latex balloon will float for 15 to 24 hours, while foil balloons, bubble balloons and 3ft” latex balloon will last for 24 hours.

Colour theme:

For items like, latex balloons, rose petals, foil balloons. The colours will be determine based on the colour theme mentioned above by you. If you have any special request, please do mention it above.

    – This product will gradually deflate over the course of 2 to 5 days

    – Colour of Latex balloons will turn slightly dusty due to oxidisation.

    – This product is only suitable to be placed indoors and we strongly encourage to place a clean floor mat beneath the Number stack to prevent direct contact with the ground, which may result in bursting the base balloons
