🚨This product requires a lead time of 7 to 10 business days. It’s recommended to place an order 10 days before your event.

Things to Note:

1) Lead time
1 – 3 days for design mockups
1 – 3 days for printing of foam boards
Recommended to place an order 10 days before your event date.

2) Ordering and process
Upon ordering, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order and discuss more about the design, set up and tear down arrangements. If you have any special request, please let us know above, we will discuss more about it.

3) Conceptualisation & Designs
The digital mockup will be designed based on the wording, colour choice and theme mentioned above. A copy of the design will provided within 3 business days. All digital mock ups are subjected to a maximum of 2 FREE changes (without changing the party’s theme), any subsequent design mockups are chargeable at $50 each. Once design has been acknowledged, no further changes will be applicable for your design.

4) Balloon Colours’ Selection

5) Organic balloon garlands:
Each Organic Balloon Garland is meticulously handcrafted using balloons of different sizes. Not one Organic Balloon Garland will be the same, the contrast in sizes create a dynamic and eye-catching arrangement.

6) Setup & Delivery
During checkout, you will be able to select a date & time range (2 hours) for the set up. If your preferred timing is not available or you require an urgent on-site decorations, please do contact us at 83833104 to check for availability.

We will need a power supply to inflate the balloons
For outdoors setting, please inform us before hand.

7) Teardown
Teardown timings and arrangements will be discussed and finalise via chat on Whatsapps. Our team will contact you within 24hours upon placing an order.
