Upon receiving your helium balloons, we recommend inspecting them for any defects during the handover from the courier. If you identify any issues with the product(s), please notify us within a 1-hour grace period. After this, it is understood that you have accepted the items. In cases of burst balloons during delivery, the value of the party balloons will be refunded to you in the form of store credits with no expiry date. Should you arrange for helium balloons to be left at your doorstep or with other parties, such as security or reception, BearloonSG cannot be held accountable for any subsequent loss or damage. Understanding the perishable nature of balloons and flowers, we also provide the same 1-hour grace period for defects or damaged goods. If your item(s) burst or deflate within this time frame, contact us with photographic proof, and we will facilitate a one-to-one exchange at our studio during office hours.
