We recommend ordering at least 3 business days in advance for personalised graduation balloon bouquets. This allows us to prepare a digital mockup and make edits. However, same-day graduation balloons delivery is available for standard designs.

Free delivery is available for graduation balloons. If you require a quicker delivery, our Express Delivery is priced at $25. We also offer free same-day delivery if you pair your purchase with products that offer free delivery, like our helium balloons, flower bouquets, or gift hampers.

As long as you order before the cut-off times, your balloons will be delivered the same day. We offer 3 delivery windows (10AM–2PM, 2PM–6PM, 6PM–10PM), and Sundays offer one slot (10AM–2PM with earlier cut-off).

For Sundays and Public Holidays, the only available delivery time slot is 10AM – 2PM, with the cut-off timing being 2:30PM the previous working day. If you need your graduation balloon sooner, we offer Express delivery at an extra charge so that your order is delivered within your preferred 1-hour time frame.

Upon receiving your delivery, it’s advisable to promptly inspect the balloons for any potential defects. If any issues arise, kindly notify us within 1-hour of receiving your order. Should your item(s) burst or deflate within this window, contact us with photographic evidence, and we’ll facilitate a one-to-one exchange. Please note that exchanges are exclusively available at our studio during office hours. Following this 1-hour grace period, it’s understood that you’ve acknowledged the items are in good condition. In the rare occurrence of a burst latex balloon during delivery, only the value of the burst balloon(s) will be refunded as store credits (with no expiration). If arrangements involve leaving balloons at a designated spot (e.g. doorstep, reception), BearloonSG bears no responsibility for potential loss or damage.
