– All balloons are normal air-filled, where the garland can stay inflated up to a week. Please do note that after 1 day, balloons will oxidise, causing the colour of the balloons to turn “cloudy”

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Party Balloon Decorations
How much does it cost to ship party balloon decorations to me?
This will depend on the type of party balloon decorations you order. If you’re planning to order balloon arches or backdrops, the cost for deliveries may be S$15.00. If you want express deliveries for these orders, please contact us for availability.
Other party decorations, like party balloon garlands, centrepieces, columns, and stacks, are applicable for free same-day deliveries. However, if you choose express deliveries, you may be charged at S$25 for any 1 hour range from 9 AM to 6 PM.
How long will it take for me to receive my party decor?
Some party decorations may take more time than others. For big party decorations, like our balloon arches and backdrops, they may take a significant amount of time to prepare. The maximum lead time for our balloon arches is 1 to 3 business days, while our backdrops may take 7 to 10 business days as it involves designing the backdrop and setting it up.
If you want to order smaller balloon decorations, like our centrepieces, garlands, columns, and stacks, you can set the time it needs to be delivered to you or opt for same-day delivery.
Can I return or exchange the party balloons if needed?
Recipients are encouraged to thoroughly inspect party balloons upon handover from the courier for any defects. Any issues with the product(s) must be reported within a 10-minute grace period following receipt; otherwise, it is assumed that the recipient has accepted the balloons in good condition. BearloonSG bears no responsibility for deflated or damaged goods thereafter.
In the event of a burst latex balloon during delivery, reimbursement will be limited to the value of the burst latex balloon(s), provided in the form of store credits with no expiry date. Moreover, recognising the perishable nature of balloons, we extend a 1-hour grace period for reporting defects or damaged goods.
Should the item(s) burst or deflate under your care within the initial hour of receipt, contact us with photographic evidence for a one-to-one exchange, with no questions asked. Please note that exchanges are only facilitated at our studio during regular office hours.
