We recommend placing your order at least 10 days before your event. This gives us enough time to design your digital mockup, print your backdrop, and prepare everything to perfection.
What Happens After I Place My Order?
When Will I Receive the Design Mockup?
You’ll receive a digital mockup within 3 business days. We include 2 free revisions if you’d like to tweak the colours, wording, or layout. Further changes are chargeable at $50 each.
How Long Does Printing Take?
Once your design is confirmed, printing takes about 1 to 3 business days. After that, we’ll get your setup ready for delivery and installation.
Can I Choose My Balloon Colours?
Yes! You can choose from our Latex Balloon Colour Chart.
Are All Balloon Garlands the Same?
Not exactly! Each organic balloon garland is handcrafted using different balloon sizes. This creates a layered, full look that’s totally unique to your setup.
How Does Setup and Delivery Work?
During checkout, you’ll get to choose a 2-hour time slot for setup. If your preferred timing is unavailable or if you need urgent decoration services, just WhatsApp our team at 83833104 to check availability.
What If My Event Is Outdoors?
No problem! Just let us know ahead of time so we can make the necessary arrangements. We’ll also need access to a power supply to inflate the balloons on-site.
Will You Handle Teardown Too?
Yes, teardown is included. We’ll arrange the timing with you directly over WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed.
Do the Product Photos Match the Final Setup?
We do our best to match your backdrop exactly, but some slight variation may occur due to screen settings and lighting. All photos are for illustration purposes.
